eScope Solutions provides digital security consulting services for the banking industry and required a website that inspired confidence from clients who entrust their digital security needs to eScope.
The existing web presence was outdated and not mobile-friendly. eScope was also in the process of expanding into Latin-American markets and needed a multi-lingual site with both English and Spanish content versions.
Both versions of the website are actively indexed by search engines to support multi-cultural search, and the user’s preferred language is automatically detected upon visiting the site and the appropriate content version is presented based on the preference.
The site was also expanded to work in coordination with a direct mail campaign run by Searles Graphics that provided customized links to each direct mail recipient that could be scanned via QR code or entered manually.
Each time a target uses their customized link, the data is recorded and triggered a personalized follow-up program to dramatically increase conversion rates.
